Not sure if it was because Tommy was tired of listening to us yapping for six days; but today we taught techniques without speaking a single word. I thought it was quite the experience, taking away the vocal experience of teaching. Since there isn’t any talking, everything took a lot less time. There wasn’t anything you could elaborate on with words, so you had to emphasize with gestures and basic body language. Shaking your head for “don’t” and nod for “do” etc. I will most definitely be using this in the future. After today’s session, we followed tradition by going out for Thai food with the entire group. All you can eat, cooked right in front of you-buffet. That sure hit the spot. We have fun in the gym and outside of it. Even though someone stole my food. Not cool, Dane. Not cool.
